Crispy Chicken Parmesan with Urban Slicer Mojo
Did you know our Urban Slicer products go way beyond pizza?
That’s right — our sauces make incredible pasta sauces, and our Pizza Mojos are perfect for flavoring everything from chicken parmesan to meatballs and dips. This Chicken Parmesan recipe brings that versatility to life with bold, Italian-inspired flavor, a perfectly crisp crust, and melty mozzarella that rivals any restaurant.
Ingredients
1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1 .5 cups Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 TBSP Urban Slicer White Pizza Mojo. (or to taste)
2 TBSP Urban Slicer Red Pizza Mojo (or to taste)
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, beaten or filleted.
Duck Fat Spray (or olive oil spray)
Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce, for topping
Cooked spaghetti, tossed in Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack for even crisping.
Mix the breading.
In a shallow bowl, combine the Panko, Parmesan, and both Urban Slicer Pizza Mojos. Give it a quick toss — the aroma alone will make you hungry.
Prep the chicken.
Lightly coat each chicken breast with Duck Fat Spray. Then dredge each one in the breading mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks evenly.
Bake to perfection.
Place chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F — about 20–25 minutes depending on thickness.
Pro Tip: Crisp it up!
For that extra crunch, air fry the chicken for the last 3–4 minutes. It locks in juiciness and gives your crust that irresistible, restaurant-style finish.
Top and serve.
Spoon over warm Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce and a generous layer of melted mozzarella (optional but highly recommended).
Serve alongside spaghetti tossed in our same sauce for the ultimate comfort meal.
Why It Works
Our Red and White Pizza Mojos blend together for an umami-rich, herbaceous kick that transforms the classic breadcrumb crust into something unforgettable. Paired with the clean, bright flavor of our Pizza Sauce, you’ll have a Chicken Parm that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen — when it really only took about 30 minutes.
Serving Ideas
Add fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
Try it on a sandwich with toasted ciabatta for an incredible Chicken Parm sub.
Double the breading mixture and use it for homemade meatballs next time.
Urban Slicer Tip: Pizza night doesn’t have to end with pizza. Our seasonings and sauces are built for creativity — use them anywhere you crave that perfect balance of spice, umami, and Italian comfort.
