Urban Slicer Spicy Cupping Pepperoni
Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded or small cubes
Semolina flour (for dusting and anti-stick)

Instructions
Prepare the Dough
Mix your Urban Slicer Outdoor Grilling Dough according to package instructions. Allow it to rest as directed so it becomes smooth, relaxed, and easy to work with.
Lightly dust your work surface with semolina flour to prevent sticking and add a subtle texture to the finished rolls.
Roll and Fill
Roll the dough out thin, similar to pasta or ravioli thickness.
Evenly place small portions of whole milk mozzarella and slices of Urban Slicer Spicy Cupping Pepperoni across the dough, leaving space between each filling section.
Fold the dough over the filling and press gently to seal.
Pro tip: Using a ravioli press is really an awesome and fun tool to use for this and they are inexpensive. Bonus: you get to make ravioli with ease, anytime you'd like!
Stamp the Pizza Rolls
Using a ravioli stamp, cut and seal individual pizza rolls. Ensure edges are fully sealed so the cheese stays inside while baking.
Place finished rolls on a lightly dusted surface or tray.
Bake to Golden Perfection
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Bake pizza rolls for 14–18 minutes, or until they are golden brown, puffed, and lightly crisp on the outside.
Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Make the Hot Honey Mojo Dip
In a small bowl, combine:
Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce
A drizzle of Urban Slicer Hot Honey Drizzler (to taste)
A pinch of Urban Slicer White Pizza Mojo
Mix well until smooth and warmed slightly if desired.
Serve
Serve pizza rolls hot with the Hot Honey Mojo Dip on the side. Dip, dunk, drizzle, repeat.

Dust with semolina generously — it makes handling easier and adds great texture.
