Bake the crust golden and bare, then load it with mascarpone, cinnamon sugar and crushed cookies and finish with a big drizzle of Urban Slicer Hot Honey. Sweet, spicy and crunchy all at once. Add crushed candy canes and green sprinkles for the holiday version.

  • Green sprinkles

Directions

  1. Prepare the Neapolitan dough as instructed and stretch it out.

  2. Bake the crust golden with nothing on it, then let it cool slightly.

  3. Spread mascarpone, or cream cheese, across the baked crust.

  4. Dust with cinnamon and sugar.

  5. Scatter crushed cookies of your choice over the top.

  6. Finish with a big drizzle of Urban Slicer Hot Honey.

  7. For the holiday version, add crushed candy canes and green sprinkles.

  8. Slice, serve and enjoy.
