Urban Slicer's Thanksgiving Pizza

You've seen it all over the internet now, but we've been doing this in our home since 2009 on Black Friday with leftovers.  Super easy, unique and out of this world delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Urban Slicer Dough (this one uses our Epic Deep Dish, but you can use any dough as the canvas!)
  • All the leftover Thanksgiving fixin's
  • Some whole milk mozzarella

Instructions:

  • Prepare dough as instructed.  If using our deep dish, partially bake the crust (instructions out on our FAQ), then proceed like you see in the video
  • Add toppings you have on hand
  • Top with Cheese
  • Finish the bake
  • Slice and top with cranberry sauce and warm gravy
  • Enjoy!
