Main Course
All the flavor of a loaded pizza served in a bowl, with creamy gnocchi and Urban Slicer dough as an edible crust bowl.

Urban Slicer Neapolitan Pizza Dough Mix
Water (as directed on package)
Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce: 6 cans
Heavy cream: 1 full can
Urban Slicer White Pizza Mojo: 1 tablespoon
Gnocchi (prepared according to package directions)
Shaved Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Prepare Urban Slicer Neapolitan Dough according to package directions. Allow the dough to fully rise. We can get 3-4 bowls out of each bag, size depending. Stretch the dough and gently press it into oven-safe bowls or ramekins, shaping it to create a sturdy bowl form. Bake until golden brown, blistering and firm enough to hold fillings. Remove from the oven and set aside. Pro tip: Lightly oil your bowls before adding dough for easy release and extra crisp edges.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 6 cans of Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce, 1 can of heavy cream, and White Pizza Mojo. Stir well and heat until fully blended and warmed through. Reduce heat and keep warm until ready to use.
Cook gnocchi according to package directions and drain. Add gnocchi to the hot sauce and mix until evenly coated. Spoon the gnocchi mixture into the baked pizza bowls. Top with shaved Parmesan and fresh basil. Serve immediately and enjoy.
These pizza bowls turn into a full meal with protein additions like grilled chicken tossed with White Pizza Mojo, browned Italian sausage, crispy Urban Slicer Spicy Cupping Pepperoni, sliced or smashed meatballs, or quick-seared shrimp folded in at the end.
The pizza bowl base works with far more than gnocchi. Try penne, rigatoni, or rotini pasta, mac and cheese for a comfort food upgrade, creamy alfredo pasta, rice bowls with chicken and veggies, or pizza-dip-style fillings loaded with cheese, sauce, and meats.
Finish your bowls with fresh mozzarella or burrata, roasted mushrooms, spinach or arugula, caramelized onions, crushed red pepper flakes, or drizzle with Urban Slicer Hot Honey Drizzler for a sweet heat kick.
