The Journey (Brisket Burnt Ends Pizza)
This one is called 'The Journey' because it contains ingredients from where all this pizza madness started for me, BBQ. This is a pizza with some interesting ingredients, featuring slow smoked burnt ends from a wonderful Raikes Beef Wagyu Brisket. Enjoy!
Bottom up:
- Urban Slicer Neapolitan Dough brushed lightly with Olive Oil
- Chili Dawg's (Blair, NE) Mangobanero Jam (Mango Habanero)
- Small amount of shredded whole milk mozzarella
- Brisket Burnt Ends, in this case Raikes Beef Wagyu (Ashland, NE)
-Bake Pizza-
- Top with cool ricotta dollops
- Fresh thyme
- Lemon zest
