The Hasselback
This one has some interesting ingredients which I wasn't sure would go well together. Sometimes, we can over-chef our pizzas, but I really liked this one and tested it out on a class this weekend with a couple different variations. I landed on this one, hope you enjoy!
From the bottom up:
- Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Dough
- Whole milk ricotta blended with garlic oil and chili oil (to taste)
- Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
- Blanched potatoes (thinly sliced, then boiled 3-4 minutes)
- Prosciutto
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook the pizza
Post cook, bottom up:
- Lemon Zest
- Rosemary sprigs
- Chopped basil
- Dollops of Pesto
- Grated Romano
- Shaved Parmesan
