The Hasselback

This one has some interesting ingredients which I wasn't sure would go well together.  Sometimes, we can over-chef our pizzas, but I really liked this one and tested it out on a class this weekend with a couple different variations.  I landed on this one, hope you enjoy!

From the bottom up:

  • Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Dough
  • Whole milk ricotta blended with garlic oil and chili oil (to taste)
  • Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella 
  • Blanched potatoes (thinly sliced, then boiled 3-4 minutes)
  • Prosciutto 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook the pizza

Post cook, bottom up:

  • Lemon Zest
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Chopped basil
  • Dollops of Pesto
  • Grated Romano
  • Shaved Parmesan
