  • Ingredients

    • Urban Slicer’s Neapolitan Dough Mix
    • Urban Slicer’s Spicy Cupping Pepperoni
    • Urban Slicer’s Red Pizza Mojo
    • Urban Slicer’s White Pizza Mojo
    • Whole Milk Mozzarella
    • Provolone Cheese
    • Smoked Ham
    • Prosciutto
    • Capocollo or Hard Salami
    • Sliced Pepperoncini’s
    • Sliced Peppadew Peppers
    • Garlic Aioli or Garlic Mayo (recipe below)
    • Italian Dressing
    • Chopped Basil

     

    Instructions:

    • Prepare pizza dough
    • Build pizza in this order:
      • Stretched Urban Slicer’s Neapolitan Pizza Dough, Whole milk mozzarella, Urban Slicer’s Spicy Cupping Pepperoni, Provolone Cheese, Urban Slicer’s Red Pizza Mojo
    • Cook as instructed on the pizza oven of your choice
    • Remove pizza from oven and let rest on Urban Slicer’s Multi-Use Pizza tray for 5 minutes (now is a good time to finish preparing any ingredients below)
    • Slice pizza exactly in half
    • On one half of the pizza, top with layers of ham, prosciutto and salami
    • Sprinkle on the chopped peppers
    • Add plenty of freshly chopped basil
    • Top with a drizzle of Italian dressing of your choice
    • Top with garlic aioli or mayo
      • ¼ cup of mayo
      • 1-2 tsp of lemon juice
      • 1-2 tsp of Urban Slicer’s White Mojo
      • Mix well
    • Place the second half of the pizza on top
    • Slice into sandwich servings
    • Enjoy!
