Detroit style deep dish stuffed French dip style, with roast beef, melted cheese and warm au jus for dipping.

Follow the instructions on the Urban Slicer package. You can mix the dough by hand, in a mixer, or use a bread maker, like in the video below.
Once the dough has risen, stretch it into a greased pan. Let it rise again for 1-2 hours, allowing it to double in size.
Bake the dough in a 500°F oven for 6-7 minutes, or until the bottom is firm and crispy.
Carefully remove the partially baked crust from the pan and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Using a bread knife, slice the crust horizontally, just as shown in the video.
Place the bottom half of the crust back into the pan.
Add a generous layer of shaved prime rib, followed by slices of provolone cheese. Sprinkle with Urban Slicer’s White Pizza Mojo for added flavor.
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Place the top half of the crust back on and add another layer of mozzarella to finish.
Return the pizza to the 500°F oven and bake for another 7-8 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melted.
Top your masterpiece with freshly chopped rosemary. Slice, serve, and pair with warm au jus for dipping.
