Detroit style deep dish pizza stuffed with spinach dip. Easy to make, impressive to serve, and guaranteed to wow a crowd.

Follow the instructions on the Urban Slicer package. You can mix the dough by hand, in a mixer, or even use a bread maker like we did in the video below.
Bake the dough in a 500Β°F oven for 6-7 minutes, or until the bottom is firm and crispy.
Remove the partially baked crust from the pan and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Using a bread knife, slice the crust horizontally, just like in the video.
Place the bottom half of the crust back in the pan.
Add a layer of spinach dip, fresh spinach, and a sprinkle of White Pizza Mojo.
Top with shredded mozzarella.
Place the other half of the dough on top and finish with another layer of cheese.
Return the pizza to the 500Β°F oven and bake for another 7-8 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melted.
Slice your creation, serve, and prepare for the compliments to roll in!
