Gluten free pizza that does not taste like sand or cauliflower. Urban Slicer Gluten Free dough is free of all Big 9 allergens and makes a genuinely crisp crust.

1 package of Urban Slicer Gluten Free Pizza Dough (makes 2 pizzas)
1 can of Urban Slicer Pizza sauce (enough for 2 pizzas)
1 tbsp Urban Slicer White Pizza Mojo seasoning
Using a mixer with the paddle attachment, add the dough, 1¼ cups of water, and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then, mix for approximately 8 minutes until the dough looks frosting-like. After mixing, let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Split the dough into two halves, then take one half and place it onto parchment paper and stretch it to about a 14” circle. Oiling up your fingers will make this process easier to start stretching the dough. Then, let the dough rest for 1 hour.
If using an Ooni pizza oven, burn Jealous Devil charcoal extremely hot then cook with the remaining embers to hold a consistent temperature. After the charcoal is embers and the dough has been stretched and rested, par-bake (partially bake) the crust for 5-6 minutes until it rises, starts to lightly brown, and firms up.
Use half a can of Urban Slicer’s Pizza sauce, yellow bell pepper, pepperoni, sausage, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake the pizza for another 8 minutes or until done. Then, top with basil leaves and Urban Slicer’s White Mojo seasoning for added flavor.
Dish it up and share with a friend!
