    1. Using a mixer with the paddle attachment, add the dough, 1¼ cups of water, and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then, mix for approximately 8 minutes until the dough looks frosting-like. After mixing, let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

    1. Split the dough into two halves, then take one half and place it onto parchment paper and stretch it to about a 14” circle. Oiling up your fingers will make this process easier to start stretching the dough. Then, let the dough rest for 1 hour.

    1. If using an Ooni pizza oven, burn Jealous Devil charcoal extremely hot then cook with the remaining embers to hold a consistent temperature. After the charcoal is embers and the dough has been stretched and rested, par-bake (partially bake) the crust for 5-6 minutes until it rises, starts to lightly brown, and firms up.

    1. Use half a can of Urban Slicer’s Pizza sauce, yellow bell pepper, pepperoni, sausage, and mozzarella cheese.

    1. Bake the pizza for another 8 minutes or until done. Then, top with basil leaves and Urban Slicer’s White Mojo seasoning for added flavor.
