This may be the best gluten free pizza you can make from home. It may even be the best gluten free pizza ever. You don't even have to have a gluten intolerance to enjoy this recipe. In fact, the difference in taste from a "normal" pizza is almost imperceptible.

Prepare Urban Slicer's Gluten Free Dough

Put Dough in Mixer

Using a mixer with the paddle attachment, add the dough, 1¼ cups of water, and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then, mix for approximately 8 minutes until the dough looks frosting-like. After mixing, let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Dough Cont.

Stretch the Dough

Split the dough into two halves, then take one half and place it onto parchment paper and stretch it to about a 14” circle. Oiling up your fingers will make this process easier to start stretching the dough. Then, let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Prepare an Oven or Pizza Oven for a Stone Temp. of 500-550℉

Prepare Oven

If using an Ooni pizza oven, burn Jealous Devil charcoal extremely hot then cook with the remaining embers to hold a consistent temperature. After the charcoal is embers and the dough has been stretched and rested, par-bake (partially bake) the crust for 5-6 minutes until it rises, starts to lightly brown, and firms up.

Add Toppings

Add Toppings

Top the dough with half a can of Urban Slicer’s Pizza sauce, chopped yellow bell pepper, pepperoni, sausage, and mozzarella cheese.

Bake Until Done

Bake Until Done

Bake the pizza for another 8 minutes or until done. Then, top with basil leaves and Urban Slicer’s White Mojo seasoning for added flavor and will give your presentation that extra "oomph".
