Ingredients

Dough

1 bag Urban Slicer Pizza Dough Mix

Water (per package instructions)

1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing)

Buffalo Chicken Filling

1½ cups cooked chicken (grilled, baked, or rotisserie), chopped

⅓ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to heat preference)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Dough

Mix Urban Slicer Pizza Dough according to package directions. Allow dough to rest and rise as instructed. Once ready, divide dough into portions and shape into a 10–12 inch round.


Step 2: Prepare Buffalo Chicken

In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, buffalo sauce, and Urban Slicer White Pizza Mojo. Mix until evenly coated.
