The name sounds like a joke, but the taste is NO JOKE. This take on French Dip taken to a whole other level!

Au Jus Kidding Me

Ingredients

  • Urban Slicer Detroit Dough Mix
  • Light Beef Gravy
  • Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
  • Whole milk mozzarella, shredded
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Au Jus Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare dough as instructed

  2. Prepare a grill or oven for 500 degree cooking

  3. Spread a thin coating of beef gravy from can or package made

  4. Add cheese

  5. Top with roast beef

  6. Top with a small amount of shredded Swiss cheese

  7. While pizza cooks, warm the Au Jus

  8. Cook pizza

  9. Top with freshly chopped parsley

  10. Serve with Au Jus dipping sauce and Enjoy!
